Caroline Patricia Neel, 61 of Sterling passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at her home. Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.

Caroline was born January 8, 1961in Springfield, Illinois to David Edward Delaney and Patricia Irene (Carriger) Delaney.

She enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, cooking, spending time with family and taking care of her animals.

She was preceded in death by her father David Delaney, mother Patricia Delaney, son Joseph Neel and brother-in-law Pete Scheck.

Caroline is survived by her son Joshua Neel; daughter-in-law Lauren Neel; granddaughters, Faith Martell, Chloe Martell and Kylie Neel, grandson Wyatt Neel all of Ft. Collins; sisters Jackie Scheck and Debbie Klee both of Sterling; brother David Delaney of Seattle, WA; brother-in-law Wayne Klee of Sterling and several nieces and nephews.
