Betty Marie Wolff, 83 of Sterling, passed away Fri, Sept.5, 2014 in Sterling. Visitation Tues., Sept.9 from 10am until 6pm at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral service Wed., Sept. 10 at 10:30 am, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sterling. Interment to be at the Haxtun Cemetery Wed., Sept. 10 at 1:30 pm.

Betty was born June 10, 1931 at Haxtun, Colorado to Reginald and Pearl Marie Lambert Meakins. She graduated from high school and continued her education for two more years.

She married Delbert D. Wolff April 29, 1951 in Haxtun. They moved to Sterling in 1989. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Altar Guild at Trinity and a member of Rainbow Girls.

Betty is survived by husband Delbert D. Wolff, Sterling; son Michael L. Wolff and wife Debbie, Haxtun; daughter Debbie J. Neville and husband Ray, Sterling; sister Dola Garretson and husband Pat, Windsor; brother Marlo Meakins and wife Linda, Fort Collins; sister-in-law Pat Meakins, Haxtun; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren, Michelle Lock and husband Brian, Haxtun and their children Aly, Carter and Kaylee; Casey Wolff and wife Megan, Haxtun and their children Ryland and Ashlyn; Josh Neville, Loveland; Nichole Neville, Lexington, Kentucky.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and brother Richard Meakins.
